Zavedení in-house výroby in-vitro zdravotnických prostředků

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na nastavení in-house výroby IVD zdravotnických prostředků pro diagnostiku akutní myeloidní leukémie u poskytovatele zdravotních služeb, a to na Hematologicko-onkologickém oddělení Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni. Metodami pro naplnění cílů práce se staly analýza potřeb a analýza možných dodavatelů, která byla provedena pomocí sekundárního marketingového výzkumu. Další využitou metodou je technická dokumentace, která byla zpracovávána, dle požadavků uvedených v příloze II nařízení IVDR. Součástí práce je také kalkulace nákladů na zavedení in-house testu pro diagnostiku a monitoraci AML. V diplomové práci je poukázáno na to, že ačkoli jsou podmínky pro používání in-house vyrobených testů dány IVDR , chybí jasný výklad či guideline vydaný EU, který by jasně definoval in-house testy, aplikaci norem a rozsah technické dokumentace. V současné době vede výklad k nejistotám nejen laboratoře, ale i regulační orgány, které jsou za dohled nad in-house testy zodpovědné.

The diploma thesis focuses on setting up in-house production of IVD medical devices for the diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia at a health care provider, namely at the Hematology and Oncology Department of the University Hospital in Pilsen. The methods for fulfilling the goals of the work became the needs analysis and the analysis of possible suppliers, which was carried out with the help of secondary marketing research. Another method used is the technical documentation, which has been processed in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex II of the IVDR. Part of the work is also the calculation of costs for the introduction of in-house test for diagnosis and monitoring of AML. The diploma thesis points out that although the conditions for the use of in-house tests are given by the IVDR, there is a lack of a clear interpretation or guideline issued by the EU, which would clearly define in-house tests, application of standards and scope of technical documentation. At present, the interpretation leads to uncertainties not only for laboratories, but also for regulatory bodies, which are responsible for supervising in-house tests.
