Sociální klima třídy/školy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zkoumá téma sociálního klimatu školy, v tomhle případě se jedná o České vysoké učení technické. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována školnímu klimatu a faktorům, které jej ovlivňují. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na problematiku cizinců na českých školách, kde jsou uvedeny statistiky z uplynulých let i legislativní definice a postupy při integraci žáka-cizince do českého školního systému. Empirickou část tvoří kvantitativní šetření školního klimatu ČVUT dotazníkovou metodou a kvalitativní šetření formou rozhovoru s jedním ze studentů ukrajinského původu. Rozhovor se zaměřuje na jednotlivé faktory a podává bližší náhled i na výsledky dotazníkového šetření z pohledu jednoho ze studentů.

The bachelor thesis examines the topic of the social climate of the school, in this case it is the Czech Technical University in Prague. The first chapter of the the theoretical part describes the school climate and the factors that influence it. The next chapter focuses on the issue of foreigners in Czech schools, where are presented statistics from the past years as well as legislative definitions and procedures for the integration of foreign students into the Czech school system. The empirical part consists of a quantitative investigation of the school climate of CTU using the questionnaire method and a qualitative investigation in the form of an interview with one of the students with Ukrainian origin. The interview focuses on individual factors and provides a closer explanation of the results of the questionnaire survey from the point of view of one of the students.
