Autorita učitele z pohledu studenta a učitele

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma autority učitele. Teoretická část představuje pojmy „autorita“ a „autorita učitele“. V praktické části byla užita kvantitativní metoda výzkumu, tedy dotazníkové šetření. Tato část práce se zabývá komparací názorů mezi žáky a učiteli na téma přirozená autorita učitele. Hlavní cíle práce představovaly zjištění, jak student vnímá autoritu vyučujícího a jak by vyučující měl přistupovat k žákům, aby si u nich mohl budovat autoritu. Výsledkem komparace byly autorem zodpovězené výzkumné otázky, které vedly k naplnění cílů této bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of teacher’s authority. The theoretical part introduces terms “authority“ and “teacher’s authority“. The practical part uses the quantitative research method, the survey. This part also compares opinions of students with opinions of their teachers about teacher’s natural authority. The thesis aims to discover how students feel about authority of their teachers and how teachers should approach to their students to build their own authority. The result of the comparison were research questions answered by author, that led to the fulfillment of the aims of this bachelor thesis.
