Studie koncepčního řešení vysokorychlostní jednotky pro VRT v ČR

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je studie konceptu vysokorychlostní jednotky použitelné pro provoz na VRT v ČR. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše současných vysokorychlostních jednotek provozovaných v Evropě a v Asii. Následuje zhodnocení a výběr vhodných parametrů jednotky. V praktické části je v typovém výkrese proveden návrh interiéru sedmivozové jednotky a kontrola kinematického obrysu dle UIC 505. Práce pokračuje výpočtem parametrů vypružení včetně výpočtu vlastních frekvencí. Dále zahrnuje koncepční návrh pohonu, sestavný výkres trakčního podvozku a trakční charakteristiky vysokorychlostní jednotky. Vedlejším cílem studie bylo nalezení a poukázání na základní možné problémy při použití podvozků s vnitřním rámem.

The topic of this thesis is a study of the concept of a high-speed unit usable on high-speed rails in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, a research of current high-speed units operating in Europe and Asia is carried out. An evaluation and selection of suitable unit parameters then ensue. In the practical part, the design of the interior of the seven-car unit is presented in a technical drawing and the kinematic envelope is checked in compliance with UIC 505. The work continues with the calculation of suspension parameters including the calculation of natural frequencies. It also includes a conceptual design of the drive and a composite drawing of the traction bogie as well as traction characteristics of the high-speed unit. A secondary objective of the study was to identify and highlight the basic potential problems in the use of internal frame bogie.
