Úprava konstrukce vertikálního akumulátoru plechové pásky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá akumulátory plechové pásky jako jedním z prostředků zvyšujících produktivitu profilovacích linek určených k výrobě trubek a profilů. Popisuje a porovnává jednotlivé konstrukční typy akumulátorů s ohledem na parametry linky a zpracovávané pásky. Dále se zabývá problematikou plastické deformace, ke které může docházet při průchodu pásky akumulátorem. Poznatky rešeršní části práce jsou následně použity při výběru akumulátoru vhodného pro aplikaci v konkrétní profilovací lince a úpravě jeho konstrukce, která je obsahem praktické části práce.

The master thesis is focused on steel strip accumulators as one of the means of increasing productivity of roll forming machines used for the production of tubes and profiles. It describes and compares individual design types of accumulators with regard to parameters of machine and processed strip. It also deals with the phenomenon of plastic deformation, which may occur when the strip passes through the accumulator. The findings of the research part are then used for selection of an accumulator suitable for application in a specific roll forming machine and adjustment of its design, which is the content of the practical part of the thesis.
