Automatizace procesu montáže

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá automatizací montážních procesů a také návrhem poloautomatické montážní linky pro firmu Tremis s.r.o., což je zadavatel této práce. Teoretická část popisuje montáž, její dělení a možnosti automatizace montáže, kde je pozornost věnována především montážním linkám. Dále se práce zabývá automatizačními prvky, jako jsou vibrační zásobníky, šroubovací jednotky, lineární pohony nebo lineární vedení, které jsou v montážních linkách velmi často využívány. Praktická část se věnuje analýze současného stavu ve firmě Tremis s.r.o. z hlediska montáže a dále návrhu poloautomatické montážní linky sloužící k montáži tří typů svorek, jejichž polotovary jsou ve firmě Tremis s.r.o. vyráběny a poté ručně smontovány. Cílem a zároveň výsledkem této práce je návrh poloautomatické montážní linky, skládající se z více stanovišť. Některá stanoviště byla navrhnuta ve více variantách, z nichž byla pro finální návrh poloautomatické montážní linky vybrána vždy ta nejlepší varianta.

This thesis deals with the automation of assembly processes as well as the design of a semi-automatic assembly line for the company Tremis s.r.o., which is the client of this work. The theoretical part describes assembly, its division and the possibilities of assembly automation, where attention is mainly paid to assembly lines. Furthermore, the work deals with automation elements such as vibratory bowl feeders, screwing units, linear actuators or linear guides, which are very often used in assembly lines. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current situation in Tremis s.r.o. from the point of view of assembly and also the design of a semi-automatic assembly line used for the assembly of three types of clamps, which are manufactured in Tremis s.r.o. The goal and at the same time the result of this work is the design of a semi-automatic assembly line consisting of several stations. Some stations were designed in several variants, from which the best variant was always selected for the final design of the semi-automatic assembly line.
