Optimalizace zadní těhlice pro vůz kategorie Formula student

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem nové zadní těhlice formulového vozu FS.14 týmu CTU Cartech. Popisuje řešení zátěžných stavů vznikajících při jízdě automobilu, konstrukční proces dílu z výchozích podmínek a požadavků za pomoci topologické optimalizace a následné ověření napětí a tuhosti pomocí výpočtů metodou konečných prvků. Obsahuje základní vysvětlení pojmů „Formula Student“, „těhlice“, „topologická optimalizace“ a krátce zmiňuje technologické možnosti výroby těhlic.

This work deals with a design of a new rear upright for the FS.14 formula car of the CTU Cartech team. It describes the solution of load cases arising from driving the car, the construction process of the part from the initial conditions and requirements using topology optimization and the subsequent verification of stress and stiffness by calculations using the finite element method. It contains a basic explanation of the terms "Formula Student", "upright", "topology optimization" and briefly mentions technological possibilities of the production of uprights.
