Projekt polyfunkčního domu v Bratislavě a jeho posouzení z hlediska stavební fyziky

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je návrh polyfunkčného domu a jeho posúdenie z hľadiska stavebnej fyziky. Výkresová dokumentácia je vyhotovená v stupni pre stavebné povolenie. V časti statika je navrhnuté konštrukčné riešenie na základe predbežných statických výpočtov. V časti tepelná technika sú navrhnuté obalové konštrukcie posúdené z hľadiska súčiniteľa prestupu tepla, kondenzácie vodnej pary a teplotného faktoru. Deliace konštrukcie sú ďalej posúdené z hľadiska váženej stavebnej vzduchovej a krokovej nepriezvučnosti. Časť svetelná technika sa zaoberá posúdením vybraných miestností z hľadiska preslnenia a denného osvetlenia.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional house and its assessment in terms of building physics. Project documentation is prepared in the stage for building permit. Based on preliminary static calculations, a structural solution of load-bearing structures was designed. Designed constructions are evaluated in terms of heat transfer coefficient, condensation os water vapor and critical surface temperatures. In the part of acoustic protection, airborne and impact sound insulation of designed structures are evaluated. The lighting part deals with the assessment of selected rooms in terms of daylight factor and sunlight.
