Dům s pečovatelskou službou

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení variant energetického řešení budovy Domu s pečovatelskou službou včetně posouzení produkce elektřiny z fotovoltaického systému a její využitelnosti v budově. Pro účely vyhodnocení energetického řešení budovy byly navrženy 4 varianty, z kterých byla vybrána varianta, která je optimální z hlediska měrné neobnovitelné primární energie a z finančního hlediska. Pro vybranou variantu byl zpracován energetický průkaz. Dále cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování základní výkresové dokumentace na úrovni žádosti pro stavební povolení s rozšířeným zpracováním detailů a zpracování předběžného statického návrhu.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the variants of the energy solution of the building of the Nursing Home, including the assessment of the production of electricity from the photovoltaic system and it´s usability in the building. For the purposes of evaluating the energy solution of the building, 4 variants were proposed, from which the variant that is optimal in terms of specific non-renewable primary energy and in financial terms was selected. An energy certificate was prepared for the selected variant. Furthermore, the aim of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of basic drawing documentation on the level of an application for a building permit with extended processing of details and elaboration of a preliminary static design.
