Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v obci Lipence na jihu Prahy. Cílem bylo vytvoření architektonické studie včetně vybraných částí dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Důležitou roli při návrhu hrálo natočení na výhledy na panorama Prahy a na Radotínsko – Chuchelský háj. Pozemek je umístěný na severním svahu. Ohled byl brán na orientaci ke světovým stranám, ale i na pohodlné užívání domu. Dům je oddělen do tří zón – klidová, společenská a technická. Střed domu tvoří komunikační prvek, který spojuje všechny tři zóny a umožňuje mimo jiné přímé napojení na zahradu.

This bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four in the town Lipence in the south of Prague. The assignment was an architectural study, including certain parts from the documentation for a building construction. Important aspects of the design process were rotation views of the panorama of Prague and the Radotín – Chuchelský grove. The lan dis located on the northerm slope. Also the orientation towards the north and comfort of residents were considered. The family house is separated to three zones – therefore quiet, social and practical zones. The center of house is a communication element that connects all of three zones and allows access to the garden.
