Řízení subdodávek ve stavební firmě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem řízení subdodávek ve stavební firmě na příkladu realizace konkrétní zakázky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s přípravou generálního dodavatele a s řízením subdodávek. Také jsou zde popsány základní smluvní vztahy a dodavatelské systémy využívané ve stavebnictví. Praktická část se zabývá samotným procesem řízení subdodávek na probíhající stavbě společnosti GEMO a.s., a to zejména ve fázi realizace. Cílem práce je popsat a zhodnotit zavedený systém ve společnosti a identifikovat problémová místa procesu. Následně bude navrženo řešení pro odstranění těchto problémů a pro zvýšení efektivity systému.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of subcontract management in the construction company during the construction and implementation of a specific contract. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts associated with the preparation of the general contractor and subcontract management. There are also described basic contractual relationship and supply systems used in construction industry. Practical part deals with the process of subcontract management on the ongoing construction project of the company GEMO a.s., especially in the phase of implementation. The aim of the thesis is to describe and evaluate the actual system in the company and to identify problem areas of the process. Subsequently, a solution will be proposed to eliminate these problems and to increase the efficiency of the system.
