Zhodnocení investice do muzea moderního umění

Abstract

Daná bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení investice do muzea moderního umění v Praze. Práce je sestavená ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje teoretickým otázkám, týkajícím se studie proveditelnosti, hodnocení investic a zdrojů financování. Praktická část je zaměřená na sestavení studie proveditelnosti a zhodnocení efektivnosti záměru muzea moderního umění, na základě informací vycházejících z teoretické části. Cílem práce je posouzení výhodnosti investování a doporučení investorovi o přijetí či nepřijetí investičního záměru.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of investment in the museum of modern art in Prague. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to theoretical issues related to feasibility studies, investment evaluation and funding sources. The practical part is focused on compiling a feasibility study and evaluating the effectiveness of the intention of the museum of modern art on the basis of information based on the theoretical part. The aim of the thesis is to assess the profitability of investing and to recommend to the investor whether to or not to accept the investment intention.
