Optimalizace veřejné dopravy v oblasti Blanského lesa

Abstract

Cílem této je návrh nového řešení systému veřejné dopravy ve venkovské oblasti Blanského lesa. Návrh je vytvořen na základě analýzy území, do které bylo zahrnuto hodnocení infrastruktury, současné nabídky a poptávky po veřejné dopravě, a také smluvní zajištění jejího provozu. Na základě těchto vstupů je vytvořeno základní řešení pro pracovní dny, z něhož je odvozena úsporná varianta, a též varianta provozu o víkendech. Obsahem návrhu je nově navržené linkové vedení, jízdní řády a oběhy jednotlivých pořadí. Řešení jsou porovnána se současným stavem, a to na základě kvality obsluhy a finanční náročnosti. Výsledkem je zlepšení obsluhy území pro obě varintní řešení při nevýrazném zvýšení nákladů.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to suggest a new solution for public transport in the rural area of Blanský les. The design of the public transport system is based on a territorial analysis that includes an assessment of infrastructure, current supply, and demand for public transport. In addition, the thesis incorporates the study contracts between the operator and the local government. The input from the multiple analyzes were used to propose primary solution for working day traffic operation. The economical and weekend variants were also designed, by derivation of the primary one. The proposal is composed from newly designed public transport lines, their timetables, and turn rounds timetables. Finally, all projected traffic solutions were compared with the current service. Comparison based on the quality of service and financial demands shows that proposed solutions can improve service with a negligible increase in its costs.
