Finanční analýza stavební společnosti DEK a.s.

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je teoretický přehled základních metod finanční analýzy a jejich následná aplikace na vybranou stavební společnost. První (teoretická) část práce obsahuje obecné informace o finanční analýze a podkladech, které jsou zdrojem ke zpracování samotné analýzy. Dále je obsahem první části popis jednotlivých metod finanční analýzy. Druhá (praktická) část obsahuje nejprve představení vybrané stavební společnosti a následné zpracování finanční analýzy dle veřejně dostupných finančních podkladů. Výsledky této finanční analýzy jsou následně porovnány s výsledky z finanční analýzy celého odvětví. Závěr práce obsahuje celkové vyhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a theoretical overview of basic methods of the financial analysis and their application on a chosen construction company. The first (theoretical) part contains general information about the financilal analysis and the documentation, that are the source of information to process the analysis. Furthermore, the first part contains the description of each method of the financial analysis. The second (practical) part contains the description of the chosen construction company and then the process of the financial analysis itself from available financial public resources. The results of this financial analysis are then compared with the results of the financial analysis for the whole construction industry. The conclusion of thesis contains an evaluation of the results from the financial analysis.
