Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem testovacího zařízení pro hřídelová těsnění. Teoretická část popisuje především části a princip hřídelových těsnění, podmínky pro jejich správnou funkci, používané materiály, hlavní typy a možnosti testování. Návrhová část sestává z výběru koncepce, výpočtů, posouzení ztrát, stanovení otáčkového rozsahu zařízení a popisu navržené konstrukce. Práce zahrnuje vytvoření 3D modelu a výkresové dokumentace.

This diploma thesis deals with a design of test equipment for shaft seals. The theoretical part describes parts and principle of shaft seals, operating conditions for their right function, used materials, main types and testing possibilities. The design part consists of conception choice, calculations, losses rating, speed range specification and description of device design. The thesis includes creating a 3D model and technical documentation.
