Pravidla vzniku U-space prostorů

Abstract

Bezpilotní systémy prošly v posledním desetiletí rapidním vývojem. Tento technologický pokrok umožňuje jejich využití v rámci průmyslu a dalších odvětví lidské činnosti. Jejich hromadnější využití ovšem znemožňuje absence bezpečného a efektivního způsobu organizace tohoto druhu provozu s ostatními účastníky vzdušného prostoru. V rámci Evropské unie byl tento koncept označen U-space. Skrze poskytování služeb U-space má následně dojít k harmonizaci provozu UAS s letadly s pilotem na palubě. Tato technologie je v současné době připravena a umožňuje vytvoření prvních zkušebních prostorů U-space, a to i na území České republiky. Přesto v tuto chvíli neexistuje nástroj, skrze který by bylo možné určit vhodnost zavedení prostorů U-space ve zvolených oblastech. A právě na tuto oblast se zaměřuje tato diplomová práce, přičemž výsledkem práce je metoda určující vhodnost vzniku vzdušného prostoru U-space.

Unmanned aircraft systems have undergone rapid development in the last decade. This technological advancement allows their use in industry and other sectors of human activity. However, in order to increase their area of deployment there is a need for safe and effective way of harmonising this type of operation with other current airspace users. Within the European Union this concept has been designated as U-space Airspace. Through the provision of U space services, the combination of unmanned and manned operations in the same part of the airspace is possible. The required technology for creation of U-space Airspace including Czech Republic is ready. Nevertheless, at this moment there is no tool through which it would be possible to determine the suitability of introducing U-space Airspace in the selected areas. This is the area that this thesis focuses on, and the result of the thesis is a method determining the suitability of the creation of U-space Airspace.
