Negativní jevy na pracovišti - mobbing

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na negativní jevy na pracovišti, především na mobbing, tedy šikanu mezi zaměstnanci. Cílem práce je určit a analyzovat negativní jevy na pracovišti v prostředí mateřských škol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část definuje nejdříve pracovní vztahy, dále pak konflikt, který se na pracovišti může objevit, následně popisuje mobbing a na konec se věnuje prostředí mateřských škol. Praktická část zkoumá výskyt konfliktu a mobbingu, a také povědomí zaměstnanců o dané problematice v prostředí mateřských škol. Z výsledků výzkumu je patrné, že učitelé mateřských škol nemají příliš tolik informací o dané problematice, ale chtěli by se dozvědět více. Výsledky následně slouží jako podklad pro návrhy opatření, která jsou shrnuta na konci práce.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on negative features in the workplace, especially mobbing, that´s bullying among employees. The aim of the work is to identify and analyse negative features in the workplace in the kindergarten environment. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part firstly defines the working relationships, then the conflict that can occur in the workplace, then describes mobbing and lastly deals with the kindergarten environment. The practical part examines the occurrence of conflict and mobbing, as well as employees' awareness of the issue in the kindergarten environment. The results of the research show that kindergarten teachers do not have much information about the issue but would like to know more. The results then serve as a basis for draft measures, which are summarised at the end of the work.
