Stres a duševní pohoda pracovníků

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem a duševní pohodou pracovníků na obchodních odděleních dvou odlišných firem. Cílem práce je zjištění stresových faktorů na obchodních odděleních, zda se zaměstnavatel snaží o eliminaci příčin stresu, zda pracovníci znají duševní hygienu a její zásady a jak pečují o své duševní zdraví. Výzkumné metody použité v této práci jsou dotazní-kové šetření a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Respondenty byli pracovníci obchodních odděle-ní. Dotazníkové šetření odhalilo, že mezi nejčastější stresové faktory na obchodním oddělení patří změny a problémy způsobené dnešní dobou, zákazníci, velké množství práce a časový tlak. Hlavním nástrojem péče o duševní zdraví je dodržování správné životosprávy. Díky analý-ze celého průzkumu byly shledány určité rozdíly mezi národní a nadnárodní firmou. Na zákla-dě výpovědí z dotazníku a rozhovorů a zjištění, že zaměstnavatelé se téměř vůbec nestarají o snížení stresových faktorů, jsou v závěru práce navržena doporučení za účelem snížení stresu a zlepšení duševní pohody pracovníků.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the stress and well-being of employees in the sales depart-ments of two different companies. The aim of the work is to determine the stress factors in the sales departments, whether the employer is trying to eliminate the causes of stress, whether employees know mental hygiene and its principles and how they take care of their mental health. The research methods used in this work are a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. The respondents were employees of the sales department. The questionnaire survey revealed that the most common stressors in the sales department in-clude changes and problems caused by today, customers, a lot of work and time pressure. Maintaining a regime is the main tool for mental health care. An analysis of the entire survey revealed some differences between the national and multinational company. Based on the statements from the questionnaire and interviews and the finding that employers hardly care about reducing stress factors, recommendations are made at the end of the work in order to reduce stress and improve the mental well-being of employees.
