Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce „Analýza pracovního trhu dopravních pilotů v EU“ je posouzení současných trendů na pracovním trhu dopravních pilotů v Evropě, vytvoření dostatečné datové základny a nalezení vhodných ukazatelů, díky kterým bude možné popsat současný stav a potenciál pro budoucnost. V první části práce je uveden přehled formou literární rešerše v dané problematice. Práce zde uvádí, jak vypadal vývoj pracovního trhu dopravních pilotů a popisuje zásadní události, které vývoj trhu ovlivnily. Další část práce se zaměřuje na současný stav pracovního trhu, datovou základnu a problematiku životního cyklu dopravních pilotů. Na základě analýzy z poznatků rešerše jsou uvedené ukazatele trhu, které vyznačují současné trendy pracovního trhu dopravních pilotů. Součástí práce je také dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je statistické potvrzení poznatků rešerše a doplnění datové základny.

The main goal of the diploma thesis "Analysis of the labor market of transport pilots in the EU" is to assess the current trends in the labor market of transport pilots in Europe, creating a sufficient database and finding suitable indicators that will make it possible to describe the current state and potential for the future. The first part of the thesis provides an overview of literary research in the field. The work presents what the development of the labor market of transport pilots looked like and describes the major events that affected the development of the market. The next part of the work focuses on the current state of the labor market, the database and the issue of the life cycle of transport pilots. Based on the analysis of the research findings, the market indicators are given, which indicate the current trends in the labor market of transport pilots. Another part of the work is also a questionnaire survey, which aims to statistically confirm the findings of the search and supplement the database.
