Naopak za-komponovanie dát z pandemických sezón do prognostického nástroja zviditeľňuje mieru vplyvu pandémie na vývoj finančného zdravia klubu s dôsledkami pandémie. Zhodnotenie výsledkov následne vedie k formulácií návrhov opatrení na zefektívnenie procesu ochrany finančnej stability organizácie v prípade ďalších budúcich kríz. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of life, including sports and sports organisations. HC Sparta Praha, a. s. is a stable sports organisation, long established in the Czech ice hockey market. However, the pandemic measures also affected such a organization when the extraliga competition was interrupted, due to which the organization had to deal with large losses in the budget caused by both shortfalls in admission fee income and unfulfilled obligations on the part of sponsors. Only the gradual return of fans to the stadiums, combined with other measures, had devastating consequences for some sports organisations. This thesis deals with the financial analysis of the sports organization HC Sparta Praha, a. s. to determine whether the effects of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus have had an impact on the financial stability of the organization. To analyse the financial health of the organization, the thesis uses financial analysis tools in the form of financial ratios, and bankruptcy and creditworthiness models. The tools used will highlight the important financial ratios such as profitability, liquidity, debt and activity to assess the financial health of the organization before the pandemic arrived. Comparison of these indicators with the results covering the seasons during which the pandemic took place allows the identification of the areas of the organization's finances that were most significantly affected. To underline the impact of the pandemic on the organization, the thesis uses forecasting to generate a trend. The use of data collected without pandemic seasons highlights where the organization would have been heading without the arrival of the pandemic. Conversely, incorporating data from pandemic seasons into the forecasting tool makes visible the extent to which the pandemic impacted the evolution of the organization's financial health with the consequences of the pandemic. The evaluation of the results then leads to the formulation of suggestions for measures to streamline the process of protecting the financial stability of the organization in the event of future crises.
