Podnikatelský záměr výstavby a provozování závodu na energetické využití odpadu a jeho financování.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektovým záměrem výstavby závodu energetického využití odpadu v podmínkách České republiky. V práci je popsána legislativa z oblasti energetiky a nakládání s odpady s důrazem na budoucí vývoj v České republice s ohledem na směřování Evropských směrnic směrující ke klimatické neutralitě. Práce popisuje aktuálně v roce 2022 využívané technologie energetického využití odpadu a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Dále se diplomová práce zabývá hodnocením podnikatelského záměru s ohledem na výstavbu a provoz zařízení s důrazem na výnosnost projektu. K diplomové práci náleží technický a ekonomický model zpracovaný v programu MS Excel, kde jsou vypočteny jednotlivé technické a ekonomické hodnoty a zpracované grafy s citlivostními analýzami. Na závěr je uvedeno závěrečné doporučení pro realizaci projektu s důrazem na finanční stránku řízení společnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with the project plan for the construction of a waste-to-energy plant in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the legislation in the field of energy and waste management with emphasis on future developments in the Czech Republic with regard to the direction of European directives towards climate neutrality. The work describes the currently used technologies of energy recovery of waste in 2022 and their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the evaluation of the business plan with regard to the construction and operation of facilities with emphasis on the profitability of the project. The diploma thesis includes a technical and economic model processed in the MS Excel program, where individual technical and economic values are calculated and processed graphs with sensitivity analyses. Finally, there is a final recommendation for the implementation of the project with emphasis on the financial side of the company's management.
