Udržitelné investice v dopravě

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje udržitelným investicím do dopravy splňujícím kritéria evropské taxonomie pro udržitelné investice. První část práce je věnována úvodu do problematiky dopravy a udržitelných investic. Je zde definován dopravní sektor, představena taxonomie EU se zaměřením na dopravu a jsou zde rozebrány studie věnující se mapování udržitelných investic. Zároveň se rešeršní část práce věnuje současné situaci v dopravě, jsou identifikováni nevýznamnější producenti emisí skleníkových plynů v dopravě, kteří jsou poté detailně rozebráni. Stěžejní část práce představuje mapování udržitelných investic v dopravě ČR v období 2017-2021. Celkové množství finančních prostředků investovaných do dopravy v souladu s taxonomií EU představuje 85,36 mld. Kč. Mapa udržitelných investic poté graficky znázorňuje, jaké subjekty tyto investice realizovali, jaké byly využity zdroje financí a do jakých podsektorů dopravy bylo investováno. Závěrečná část práce je věnována případové studii věnující se detailní analýze investovaných finančních prostředků do infrastruktury dobíjecích stanic za období 2017-2021 a stanovení investiční potřeby do infrastruktury dobíjecích stanic k roku 2030 dle cílů stanovených v aktualizovaném NAP CM z roku 2019. Stanovené množství financí, které bude nutné pro splnění cílů k roku 2030 investovat představuje 2,71 mld. při cílené dodávce 1 000 až 1 500 GWh elektřiny ročně k roku 2030 a 5,77 mld. Kč uvažované roční dodávce elektřiny v množství 2 000 až 3 000 GWh, tedy zhruba 2-5 více něž je současný stav investic.

This diploma thesis deals with sustainable investments in transport that meet the criteria of European taxonomy for sustainable investments. The first part of the work is devoted to an introduction to the issues of transport and sustainable investment. It defines the transport sector, analyzes in detail the EU taxonomy with a focus on transport, and studies on mapping sustainable investments. At the same time, the research part of the work deals with the current situation in transport, the most important producers of greenhouse gas emissions in transport are identified, which are then analyzed in detail. The most important part of this work is the mapping of sustainable investments in transport in the Czech Republic in the period 2017-2021. The total amount of funds invested in transport in accordance with the EU taxonomy is 85,36 billion CZK. The map of sustainable investments then graphically shows which entities made these investments, what sources of funding were used, and which sub-sectors of transport were invested in. The final part of the work is devoted to a case study devoted to a detailed analysis of funds invested to charging station infrastructure for the period 2017-2021 and determining the investment needs in charging station infrastructure for 2030 according to objectives set in the updated NAP CM of 2019. To meet the targets by 2030, it will be necessary to invest 2,71 billion CZK with a targeted supply of 1 000 to 1 500 GWh of electricity per year by 2030 and 5,77 billion CZK to the considered annual supply of electricity in the amount of 2 000 to 3 000 GWh, which is about 2-5 times more than current state of investment.
