Faktory stresu v učitelské profesi ve výchovném ústavu pro děti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje téma faktorů stresu v učitelské profesi ve výchovném ústavu pro děti. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat, s jakými stresovými faktory se v každodenní pedagogické praxi setkávají učitelé a vychovatelé ve výchovném ústavu po děti a jaké jsou jejich praktické zkušenosti se zvládáním těchto nežádoucích faktorů. V teoreticko-metodologické části se věnuji charakteristice stresu, důvodům stresových situací, působení stresu v učitelské profesi a na pozici vychovatelů ve výchovných ústavech, typům ubytovacích zařízení pro děti, syndromu vyhoření a kázeňským problémům a jejich řešení. V praktické části se věnuji vzniku stresových faktorů. K analýze vlivu stresu na tyto profese jsem využila dotazník, který nám pomůže zjistit, co je pro vychovatele a pedagogické pracovníky nejvíce stresující. V závěru teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou zpracovány možnosti eliminovat nebo úplně odbourat stres a tím se stát kvalitnějším učitelem či vychovatelem.

The bachelor´s thesis describes the topic of stress factors in the teaching profession in an educational institution for children. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe what stress factors are encountered in everyday pedagogical practice by teachers and educators in an educational institution for children and what are their practical experiences with managing these undesirable factors. In the theoretical and methodological part, I deal with the characteristics of stress, the reasons for stressful situations and the effects of stress in the teaching profession and the position of educators in educational institutions, types of accommodation facilities for children, burnout syndrome and disciplinary problems and their solutions. In the practical part I deal with the emergence of stress factors. To analyze the effect of stress on these professions, a questionnaire helped me to find out what is most stressful for teachers and educators. At the end of this bachelor´s thesis, the possibilities of eliminating or completely reducing stress and thus becoming a better teacher or educator are elaborated.
