Posouzení finanční situace vybraného podniku, mezipodnikové srovnání konkurenčních podniků pomocí finančních ukazatelů

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práci je provést finanční analýzu stavebního podniku EUROVIA CS, a.s. a posoudit jeho finanční zdraví pomocí finančních ukazatelů. Následně bude provedena finanční analýza vybraných finančních ukazatelů pro vybrané konkurenční podniky, kterými jsou STRABAG a.s. a HOCHTIEF CZ a.s. Teoretická část se bude věnovat vysvětlení finanční analýzy, jejích nástrojů a metod, a také mezipodnikovému srovnání, což bude následně aplikováno v praktické části. Závěr bude zaměřen na zhodnocení finanční analýzy hlavního analyzovaného podniku a jeho srovnání s konkurenčními podniky.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the construction company EUROVIA CS, a.s. and assess its financial health using financial indicators. Subsequently, a financial analysis of selected competitive construction companies STRABAG a.s. and HOCHTIEF CZ a.s. will be done. The theoretical part will be devoted to the explanation of the financial analysis, its tools, and methods, as well as intercompany comparison, which will then be applied in the practical part. The conclusion will focus on the evaluation of the financial analysis of the main analysed company and its comparison with competing companies.
