Vizualizace technologického procesu sušárny vápence

Abstract

Práce se zabývá tvorbou vizualizace technologického procesu sušárny vápence ve vývojovém prostředí SIMATIC WinCC Unified integrovaném v prostředí TIA Portal. V průběhu práce je teoreticky popsán výrobní proces a uvedeny základní informace k prostředí TIA Portal a WinCC Unified. Na teoretický popis navazuje praktická část, ve které je popsána struktura a návrh řízení linky, následně je stručně zmíněná struktura řídícího programu a kapitola je zakončena popisem implementace vizualizačních obrazovek. Celý projekt je následně otestován s využitím simulátoru, kde je pozornost soustředěna hlavně na správnou funkci řízení technologického procesu.

The work deals with the creation of visualization of the technological process of the limestone dryer in the development environment SIMATIC WinCC Unified integrated into the TIA Portal environment. The production process is theoretically described during the work with basic information about the TIA Portal and WinCC Unified environment. The theoretical description is followed by a practical part, which describes the structure and design of line control. The structure of the control program is briefly mentioned, and the chapter ends with a description of the implementation of visualization screens. The whole project is then tested using a simulator, where attention is focused mainly on the proper functioning of the technological process control.
