Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze 6-Ruzyně v ulici Stochovská. Požadavkem bylo vypracovat bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, případně pro generační růst, a s přidanou hodnotou objektu (fitness, ateliérové studio apod.). Zadaný pozemek je situován ve čtvrti rodinných domů, jeden ze sousedních objektů je vila od Zieglera. Území je situováno pod vrchem, kde se nachází letohrádek Hvězda, to tvoří parcele jistý výhled. Orientace pozemku je vyhovující, jelikož na severní straně je přilehlá komunikace a zahrada se tím otevírá na jih. Rodinný dům se skládá ze dvou hmot do sebe zapadajících, avšak každá je odlišná. Jedna z hmot je natočená směrem na výhled k letohrádku Hvězda. Podporou výhledu není samotné půdorysné natočení, ale i zešikmení pomocí pultové střechy. Druhý objekt hledí směrem do ulice, podporou je předsazená hmota nad 1.NP se zešikmením u konstrukce schodiště - dům hledí. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na propojení se zahradou.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a family house in Prague 6-Ruzyně in Stochovská street. The requirement was to design a housing for a family of four, eventually for a generational growth, and to add a special value to the object (such as fitness, studio etc.). The specified land is situated in the neighborhood of family houses, one of the neighboring buildings is a villa from Ziegler. The land is situated below the hill, where the letohrádek Hvězda is located, which makes an interesting view. The orientation of the land is satisfactory because there is a road on the north side and the garden is situated to the south. The family house consists of two objects fitting with each other but each object is different. One of the objects is facing the letohrádek Hvězda. The specialization of the view is not just the rotation of the floor plan but also a countertop roof which is sloped. The second object is facing the street, it has an overhanging construction above the first floor with a skew on one side - the house is looking up. While designing the draft it was important to connect the house with the situation of the garden.
