Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je komplexní návrh urbanisticko-architektonické studie vybraného území. Řešená oblast se nachází v katastrálním území Prahy 4 - Braník. Obsahem předdiplomního projektu jsou analýzy, průzkumy a vlastní návrh zástavby a veřejného prostoru širšího území v okolí bývalých ledáren a pivovaru Braník. Součástí diplomního projektu je návrh nového funkčního využití stávajících historických objektů. Diplomní projekt se soustředí na detailnější návrh nově vzniklého veřejného prostoru v okolí ledáren, architektonické řešení konverze samotného areálu a nové navazující zástavby. Součástí projektu je výběr městského mobiliáře, povrchů a osvětlení. V technické části je řešena koncepce dopravní a technické infrastruktury a zeleně v území.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a comprehensive design of an urban- architectural study of the selected area in the cadastral municipality Prague 4 - Braník. The content of the pre-diploma part of the project was to research, explore and analyse the area. This led to the actual design of the new urban structure, development, and public space of the wider area around the former icehouses and the Braník brewery. Part of the diploma project is a proposal for a new functional use of existing historical buildings. The diploma project focuses on a more detailed design of the newly created public space in the vicinity of the icehouses, the architectural solution for the urban furniture, surfaces, and lighting. The technical part addresses the concept of transport and technical infrastructure and greenery in the area.
