Návrh skladby kompozitní struktury pro vůz Formula Student

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem skladby kompozitní struktury pro vůz Formula Student, který nahradí stávající skladbu kompozitní struktury monokoku, a to za dodržení pravidel FSAE. První část popisuje soutěž Formula Student včetně týmu CTU CarTech. Další část se zabývá historickým vývojem bezpečnosti karosérií, prostorových trubkových rámů a monokoků, přičemž následně uvádí důležitá pravidla pro navržení rámů a monokoků a pevnostní nároky na ně. Následně práce rozebírá kompozitní materiály, zejména sendvičové konstrukce a její části. Další část práce se věnuje výrobním procesům kompozitních materiálů, mikromechanice kompozitních materiálů a stávající skladbě monokoku a parametrům skladeb. Poté jsou vybrány materiály a jejich testování, na které navazuje návrh nových skladeb na základě analytického a MKP výpočtu. Posléze jsou tyto skladby otestovány a přiřazeny oblastem monokoku, které jsou v souladu s výpočtovým dokumentem SES. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí získaných výsledků a jejich přínosům.

The thesis is examining the design of a composite structure for the Formula Student car to replace the existing layup of a composite structure of monocoque, complying with the FSAE rules. The first part of the thesis describes the Formula Student competition as well as the CTU CarTech team. The next chapter analyses the historical development of safety of bodyworks, space tube frames and monocoques, outlines important rules for a frame, monocoque design and strength requirements. Furthermore, the thesis examines composite materials, particularly sandwich construction and its parts. The following part of the thesis focuses on the manufacturing processes of composite materials, micromechanics of composite materials, and existing monocoque layup and layup parameters. Moreover, selected materials are tested, followed by the suggestion of the design of a new layup based on analytical and FEM calculations. These layups are further tested and linked to parts of the monocoque with the consideration of the SES calculation document. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes obtained results and their contributions.
