Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecné zásady projektového řízení ve státní správě a v souladu s metodou PRINCE2®. | dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis deals with the identification of processes in which the conditions of OPVVV negatively affect the application of the PRINCE2® method. The theoretical part focuses on the general principles of project management in public administration and in ac-cordance with the PRINCE2® method.
