Řízení plotru pomocí PLC SIMATIC

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá oživením plotru pomocou systému SIMATICS. V prvej časti práce sa venujeme všeobecným vysvetlením pracovného prostredia a pohonu, kde opisujeme prostredie TIA portálu, jeho možnosti a popis aplikácie. V ďalšej časti aplikácie vysvetľujeme celý proces inicializácie a implementácie jednotlivých prvkov s ktorými pracujeme. Okrem samotnej programovej časti opisujeme aj vytvorenie HMI prostredia a popis ovládania programu. Posledná časť obsahuje výsledky simulácie a výsledky reálnej aplikácie.

Diploma thesis is focused on setting up a plotter using SIMATICS. In the first part of the thesis, we give a general explanation of the working environment and the drive, where we describe the TIA portal environment, its capabilities and a description of the application. In the next part of the application we explain the whole process of initialization and implementation of the different elements we work with. In addition to the actual program part, we also describe the creation of the HMI environment and a description of the program control. The last section contains the simulation results and the results of the real application.
