Vliv koeficientu tření na bezpečnost šroubových spojů

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu koeficientu tření povrchu na bezpečnost šroubového spoje. Mimo základní rozbor problematiky principu šroubového spoje je hlavním záměrem práce realizace měřícího zařízení pro přesné stanovení koeficientu tření rozdílných povrchů šroubových spojů, včetně stanovení vlivu maziv na parametry tohoto rozebíratelného spoje, případně pohybových funkčních dvojic z pohledu tribologie.

The thesis deals with the issue of the surface friction coefficient on the safety of the screw connection. In addition to the basic analysis of the principle of the screw connection principle, the main goal of the thesis is to implement a measuring device for accurate determination of the friction coefficient of different screw connection surfaces, including determining the impact of lubricants on the parameters of this detachable connection or moving functional pairs from tribology.
