Abstract

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá chování elektrod v průběhu jejich životního cyklu při odporovém bodovém svařování srovnatelných materiálů s různými typy povlaků. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou procesů bodového svařování, problematikou spojenou s hodnocením svarů a opotřebení svařovacích elektrod, materiály využívanými v automobilovém průmyslu a dostupnými povlaky na světovém trhu povrchových úprav. V experimentální části je popsán realizovaný postup analýzy opotřebení svařovacích elektrod při použití různých povlaků. Výsledkem je vyhodnocení naměřených hodnot a závěrečné shrnutí experimentu.

This diploma thesis examines the behavior of the electrodes and their wear during resistance spot welding of similar materials with different types of coatings. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of spot welding processes, issues related to the evaluation of welds and wear of welding electrodes, materials used in the automotive industry and available coatings on the world market of surface treatments. The experimental part describes the implemented procedure for analysis of welding electrode wear using different coatings. The result is the evaluation of the measured values and the final summary of the experiment.
