Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem světelného signalizačního zařízení na křižovatce S. K. Neumanna x Svobody v Pardubicích, která je v současnosti okružní. Součástí práce je analýza současného stavu křižovatky a širších dopravních vztahů. Dále je popsán dopravní průzkum a jeho vyhodnocení, kapacitní posouzení okružní křižovatky a hodnocení kritérií pro návrh SSZ. Další částí je návrh řízení SSZ společně se stavebními úpravami, který je následně kapacitně posouzen. Poslední částí práce je ověření návrhu pomocí mikrosimulace v programu VISSIM. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design a traffic control of the intersection S. K. Neumanna x Svobody in Pardubice, which is currently a roundabout. Part of the work is an analysis of the current state of the intersection and wide traffic relations. Furthermore, the traffic survey and its evaluation, the capacity assessment of the roundabout and the evaluation of the criteria for the design of the traffic lights are described. The next part is the design of the traffic control management together with construction modifications, which is then assessed for capacity. The last part of the work is the verification of the design using microsimulation in the VISSIM programme.
