Hrubovací strategie v CAM softwarech

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hrubovacími strategiemi v CAM softwarech. Jejím cílem je sestavení přehledu dostupných hrubovacích strategií pro frézování v prostředí CAM softwarů. Na začátku práce je stručně popsán princip hrubování, volba technologických podmínek a možnosti optimalizace obrábění. Další část práce je zaměřena na představení dostupných hrubovacích strategií a několika vybraných CAM softwarů. Praktická část je věnována porovnání vybraných CAM softwarů. Hrubovací strategie jednotlivých CAM softwarů byly aplikovány na zkušebním tělesu a porovnány z hlediska vygenerované dráhy a strojního času.

This bachelor thesis deals with roughing strategies in CAM softwares and aims to compile an overview of available roughing strategies for milling in the CAM software environment. At the beginning of the thesis the principle of roughing, the choice of technological conditions and the possibility of optimizing machining are briefly described. The next part of the thesis is focused on the presentation of available roughing strategies together with the introduction of several selected CAM softwares. The practical part is devoted to the comparison of selected CAM software. Their roughing strategies were applied on the test body and then the generated path and machine time were compared.
