Delaminační vlastnosti cévní stěny

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá delaminační pevností tepenné stěny. V práci je popsána závažnost kardiovaskulárních chorob, z čeho se skládá cévní soustava, jak vypadá stěna cévy a kdy nastávají u tepen mezní stavy. Experimentální část se snaží potvrdit nebo vyvrátit dvě hypotézy o zdrojích kolísání delaminační síly při peelingovém experimentu. První hypotézou je závislost delaminační síly na šířce čela trhliny a druhou je kolísající složení po délce tepny.

This bachelor thesis deals with the delamination strength of the arterial wall. The work describes the severity of cardiovascular diseases, what the vascular system consists of, what the wall of the blood vessel looks like and when limit states occur in the arteries. The experimental part tries to confirm or refute two hypotheses about the sources of fluctuations in delamination force in a peeling experiment. The first hypothesis is the dependence of the delamination force on the width of the crack front and the second is the fluctuating composition along the length of the artery.
