Teplotní analýza předkomůrky

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je teplotní analýza předkomůrky, která je namontovaná ve zkušebním plynovém motoru a stanovení tepelné bilance hlavy válce. Analýza byla provedena metodou konečných prvků v programu PTC Creo 4.0. Okrajové podmínky, potřebné pro analýzu, byly stanoveny v programu GT-Power. Úvodní část práce je věnována funkci a historii předkomůrky a teorii přenosu tepla. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky teplotní analýzy a doporučení pro zlepšení funkce.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the thermal analysis of the pre-chamber mounted in a test gas engine and the determination of the thermal balance of the cylinder head. The analysis was performed in PTC Creo 4.0 software by using the finite element method. The boundary conditions required for the analysis were determined in the GT-Power software. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the function and history of the pre-chamber and heat transfer theory. In the conclusion of the thesis, the thermal analysis results are evaluated and recommendations for improving the function.
