Optimalizace podnikových procesů řízení znalostí

Abstract

Tato disertační práce se dotýká moderní manažerské disciplíny nazývané řízení znalostí (knowledge management, KM). Jedná se o techniku poměrně mladou, vyvinutou v průběhu druhé poloviny dvacátého století, nyní stále častěji užívanou. Zatím ale spíše častěji v zahraničí, než u nás. Hlavním cílem této disertační práce bylo popsat a vytvořit koncept obecného modelu podnikových procesů řízení znalostí a jeho implementace v podniku. Tento koncept vznikl na základě informací získaných z průzkumu v prostředí českých podniků a dále i z informací skutečných případových studií. Záměrem této disertační práce bylo vytvořit zobecněný model podnikových procesů definující práci se znalostmi v podniku, využívání a sdílení znalostí. Tento model by měl být používán jako součást iniciativy zavádění řízení znalostí, jako zdroj inspirace a nejlepších praktik pro projekty zavádění řízení znalostí za účelem zvýšení jejich hodnoty a zmírnění jejich rizik.

This dissertation thesis concerns the modern management discipline called knowledge management. It is a relatively young technique evolved during the second half of the twentieth century, used presently more and more often. Nowadays it is used more abroad than in the Czech Republic yet. The main goal of this dissertation thesis was to describe and to construct the concept of the general business process model of the knowledge management and its implementation in the enterprise. It is built it on information melted from the research of Czech enterprises environment and from real case studies. The aim of the dissertation thesis was to build the generalized business process model describing how to work with, use and share the knowledge in the enterprise. This model should be used as a part of the knowledge management implementation initiative as a source of the inspiration and best practices for the knowledge management implementation projects value boost and risks mitigation.
