Využití znalostních portálů v knowledge managementu

Abstract

Management znalostí, je téma v posledních deseti letech ze všech stran velmi diskutované, méně však již aplikované, týkající se vývoje řízení znalostí ve společnostech, sledující vývojové trendy v organizacích a jejich aplikaci v praxi. Tato disertační práce seznamuje čtenáře se základy řízení znalostí, jakými jsou identifikace, tvorba, sdílení, přenos, resp. transfer znalostí z jednoho prvku na druhý. Pod prvky si můžeme představit lidského jedince, počítačové médium, jinými slovy, každou jednotku, která je schopna být nositelem znalostní jakéhokoliv formátu.Celá práce je rozdělena na několik hlavních oddílů. V prvním oddílu se věnuji poznání současného stavu řešené problematiky, dále jejího zhodnocení, které uvádím do kontextu s technologií sémantického webu. Druhý oddíl je věnován kapitole korporátního sémantického webu, kterým jsem vystavil mantinely příliš širokého záběru této práce. Poslední oddíl je věnován modelu korporátního sémantického webu a zhodnocení využití této technologie v praxi.Hlavním cílem disertační práce je na základě teoretického a kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit očekávané potřeby a užitky při využití technologie v podobě korporátního sémantického webu (CSW) v podnikovém prostředí. Zhodnocení přínosů aplikace CSW je dále analyzováno metodou balanced scorecard.Součástí výzkumného problému je i stanovení hypotéz. V závěru jsou výsledky výzkumného šetření porovnávány se stanovenými hypotézami. Výsledkem je potvrzení, respektive zamítnutí stanovené hypotézy.

Knowledge management is a topic in the last decade from all sides hotly debated, however, less applied theme on the development of knowledge management in companies, following trends in organizations and their application in practice. This dissertation introduces the basics of knowledge management, such as identification, creation, sharing and transfer of knowledge from one element to another. Under the elements we can imagine a human being, computer media, in other words, each unit that is capable of conveying the knowledge of any format.The thesis is divided into several main sections. The first section is devoted to understanding the current state of solved problems, as well as her appreciation, which I mention in the context of Semantic Web technologies. The second section is devoted to the chapter of Corporate Semantic Web, which I exhibited barriers to reduce too broad scope of this work. The last section is devoted to corporate semantic web model and the evaluation of use of this technology in practice.The main aim of the thesis is based on theoretical and qualitative research to determine needs and expected benefits from using the technology in the form of a Corporate Semantic Web (CSW) in an enterprise environment. Evaluation of applications benefit from CSW is further analyzed using balanced scorecard method.The research problem is the determination of hypotheses. In conclusion, the results of the research compared with the stated hypotheses. The result is to confirm or reject the hypothesis.
