Návrh paletizátoru pro manipulaci balenou zeleninou

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem paletizátoru pro manipulaci balenou zeleninou. Práce obsahuje rešerši paletizačních strojů a linky zpracovávající zeleninu, koncepční návrhy paletizátorů, jejich zhodnocení a následný návrh paletizátoru. Návrh stroje je proveden ve formě 3D modelu s doloženými návrhovými a kontrolními výpočty. Součástí bakalářské práce je výkres sestavy paletizátoru, výrobní výkres bočnice válečkové dráhy a výrobní výkres hnacího hřídele vertikálního zdvihu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a palletizer for handling packaged vegetables. The work contains a search of palletizing machines and lines processing vegetables, conceptual designs of palletizers, their evaluation and subsequent design of a palletizer. The design of the machine is made in the form of a 3D model with documented design and control calculations. The bachelor's thesis includes an assembly drawing of palletizer, a production drawing of the side of the roller track and a production drawing of the drive shaft of the vertical stroke.
