Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, která se aktivně věnuje rekreačnímu sportu a jejíž příslušníci rádi pobývají v přírodě. Při návrhu byla vzata v úvahu revitalizace cyklostezky procházející podél pozemku, také byl vytvořen schématický návrh zázemí pro blízký přívoz a občerstvení pro cyklisty a cestující. Výstupem mé bakalářské práce je projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie a rozpracovaní jednotlivých části na úrovni jednostupňového projektu. Pozemek navrhovaného objektu se nachází severně od Prahy, na pravém břehu řeky Vltavy a to u přívozu mezi obcemi Libčice nad Vltavou a Máslovice. Návrh stavby vychází z okolních přírodních podmínek. Hlavní osa objektu je souběžná s tokem řeky. Z hlediska jeho provozu je objekt rozdělen do dvou podlaží. Dolní podlaží slouží jako technické zázemí a je potlačeno vůči hlavní hmotě objektu. Z důvodu možných povodní je druhé, hlavní a obytné podlaží, vyneseno nad úroveň vodní hladiny řeky Vltavy. Urbanistickým řešením je navrhovaný rodinný dům oddálen od rušivého provozu přívozu čímž svým obyvatelům dodává větší pocit soukromí. Ze všech obytných prostor domu se otevírá atraktivní výhled na okolní přírodu a Vltavu.

The topic of this bachelor work is the design of the family house for the four-member family which is devoting relaxation sports and like outdoors activities. This design reflects the possibility to revitalize the cycleway running along the plot and, also, the schematic draft for the background of the near ferry has been created. I have considerd possibilities of a fast-food refreshing for bikers, tourists and other persons travelling through the neighbouring ground. The final result of my bachelor work is the project the range of which is that of an architectonic study, worked out into the individual parts in the one-step-level project consideration. The plot of the object designed is situated in the north region of the capitol Prague on the right bank of Vltava river just at the ferry between the settlements Libčice nad Vltavou and Máslovice. The building’s design respects the nature character of its surroundings. The main axis of the object runs parallelly with the Vltava’s flow. With respectting the everyday usage of the object its division to two floors is considered. The lower one’s purpos is the service and technical background and this floor is supressed against to the main mass of the object. Due to the possible floods the second, the main and dwelling floor is shifted upwords just above the Vltava’s water level. By the urbanistic solution the designed family house is shifted aside from disturbing ferry’s operations which fact offers greater feelings of comfort and privacy to its inhabitants. The whole dwelling space of the house offers attractive sights over its nature surroundings and Vltava river.
