Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Praze 9 - Kyjích. Pozemek je situován v nově vzniklé ulici Pivoňská, která přiléhá ke klidné čtvrti Na Hutích. Samotný návrh rodinného domu vychází z požadavku čtyřčlenné rodiny, jako investora a také z polohy a charakteristiky parcely, tyto požadavky ovlivňují výslednou podobu stavby. Investorem je manželský pár se dvěma dětmi, je zde kladen důraz na společný prostor celé rodiny, ale zároveň i soukromí jednotlivých členů rodiny. Hlavním cílem bylo navržení moderního, kvalitního rodinného bydlení. Půdorys navrhovaného domu se skládá ze tří hmot, které rozdělují jednotlivé funkce domu. V přízemí hlavní hmoty domu se nachází společný prostor rodiny a zázemí, dále vstupní hala s průhledem na zahradu a třetí hmota slouží jako soukromý ateliér pro majitelku domu. Vzhledem k povolání majitele domu (soudní znalec na statiku a dynamiku stavebních konstrukcí) je dům pojednán trochu netradičně a s ohledem na jeho povolání. Masivní hmota prvního patra je vykonzolovaná a nachází se zde klidová zóna domu. Součástí portfolia je seznámení s principem a návrhem domu, vizualizace, vybrané části stavební dokumentace, TZB koncept a energetický koncept budovy.

The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is the plan of a family house for four-membered family in Prague 9 - in Kyje. The land is situated in the newly created Street Pivoňská, which is close to the quiet area-Na Hutích. The design of the family house is based on the requirements of a four-membered family as an investor and also on the location and features of the plat. These requirements affect the final form of the building. The investor is a married couple and two children. There is an emphasis on the common area of the whole family, but also on the privacy of individual family members. The main aim of this thesis was to design a modern and quality family home. The ground plan of the proposed house is consisted of three materials that divide individual house functions. There is common area of family on the ground floor of the main material. Then an entrance hall with a view of the garden. The third material provides a private studio for the owner of the house. Due to the profession of the owner of the house (forensic expert on the statics and dynamics of building structures), the house is treated a bit untraditionally. The massive material of the first floor is cantilevered. There is located a quiet zone of the house. The portfolio includes an introduction to the principle and plan of the house, visualization, selected parts of the documentation of the construction, TZB concept and energetic concept of the building.
