Praha - Žižkov - Studie transformace území nákladového nádraží jih

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh transformace jižní části areálu Nákladového nádraží Žižkov a jeho okolí. Projekt se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je věnovaná analýze současného stavu území a návrhu urbanistické struktury. Cílem je nabídnout městu novou moderní čtvrť, která by uspokojovala aktuální potřeby obyvatel a zároveň respektovala existující návazností a stávající objekty, především budovu Nákladového nádraží Žižkov. Druhá část projektu se zabývá detailnějším zpracováním souboru veřejných prostranství, veřejných a obytných budov. Součástí práce je také výběr mobiliáře, koncepce zeleně, dopravní a technické infrastruktury.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the transformation study of the southern area of freight depot Žižkov and its surroundings. The project is divided into two parts. The first one is dedicated to analysis of current situation of this area and design of a new urban structure. The aim of the study is to present a modern neighbourhood that could satisfy citizens' needs while respecting existing connections and buildings, first of all the building of a freight depot. The second part of the thesis consists of detailed design of an urban environment with public spaces, residential housing and public institutions. The project also includes the concept of street furniture, vegetation, transport and technical infrastructure.
