Abstract

ANOTACE Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní urbanisticko - architektonickou studií zástavby v místě Hagibor, v severo-západní části katastrálního území Prahy 10. Obsahem předdiplomního projektu jsou průzkumy, analýzy a následný návrh studie zástavby, kde jsou zohledněny limity a problémy území, prostorové a funkční vztahy, a to včetně plánování nových tras a zastávek městské hromadné dopravy. Součástí diplomního projektu je detailnější návrh centrálního náměstí a architoktonická studie včetně parteru hlavní pěší třídy. Součástí návrhu je i výběr městského mobiliáře, osvětlení, povrchů a parterové zeleně. Dále je pak detailněji řešena doprava v klidu a inženýrská infrastruktura.

ANNOTATION This diploma thesis is komplex urban and architectural studies of development in the place Hagibor, in the north-western part of the cadastral territory of Prague 10. The pre-diploma thesis explored and analysed the area and proposed new urban plan with respect to the limits and problems of the territory, spacial and functional relations, including the planning of new line and public transport stops. The diploma project contains a more detailed design of the central square and the architectural study, including the ground oor of the main pedestrian street. The study includes design of public space furniture, lightning, surface materials and greenery for the area. In addition, the parking and technical infrastructure is examined in detail.
