Novostavba tenisové haly

Abstract

Jedná se o zpracování projektové dokumentace a předběžný návrh konstrukcí a nosných prvků novostavby tenisové haly v Kladně. Hala je situována na pozemku ve sportovní zástavbě nedaleko vlakové koleje. Objekt bude sloužit sportovní účelům. Je zde navržena hala se dvěma kurty, pozemní parkoviště a zázemí se šatnami, hygienickými místnostmi pro sportovce i diváky, tribunou s výhledem na kurty a v suterénu se strojovnami vzduchotechniky. Cílem bylo zpracovat stavební část projektové dokumentace dle platné legislativy a územního plánu města Kladno. Stavba bude řešena jako částečně bezbariérová. Součástí práce je také předběžný statický výpočet vybraných nosných konstrukcí a vyhodnocení vybraných konstrukčních skladeb z hlediska stavební fyziky. Práce je řešena dle platných českých předpisů a norem.

This involves the elaboration of project documentation and the preliminary design of structures and load-bearing elements of the new tennis hall in Kladno. The hall is situated on a plot in a sports complex near the train track. The building will serve sports purposes. There is a hall with two courts, an underground car park and facilities with changing rooms, sanitary rooms for athletes and spectators, a grandstand with a view of the courts and in the basement with air conditioning engine rooms. The aim was to process the construction part of the project documentation according to the valid legislation and the zoning plan of the city of Kladno. The building will be designed as partially barrier-free. Part of the work is also a preliminary static calculation of selected load-bearing structures and evaluation of selected structural structures in terms of building physics. The work is solved according to valid Czech regulations and standards.
