Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh stavby rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a zpracování určitých výkresů na úrovni dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení. Součástí zadání byl i úkol zakomponovat do návrhu prostory k případnému pronájmu. Zadaná parcela se nachází v Praze 4 – Braníku, nedaleko řeky Vltavy. Specifikou tohoto pozemku je výrazné výškové převýšení a severozápadní orientace svahu, která se z hlediska dostatečného oslunění může jevit jako problematická. Kladem tohoto místa je naopak relativně klidná poloha a krásné výhledy na panorama Prahy, řeku Vltavu, hradiště Děvín a kostel svatého Filipa a Jakuba. Hlavní ideou bylo vytvořit budoucím obyvatelům domu maximální míru soukromí a komfort jak pro samotné bydlení, tak i pro kvalitní odpočinek. Od začátku bylo zřejmé, že se bude jednat o stavbu šitou na míru specifickému pozemku i budoucím obyvatelům domu. Výsledkem je dům výškově nerušící a komunikující s okolní zástavbou. Vznikl tak originální projekt, kde jsou z obytných místností zachovány zajímavé výhledy a který směrem do zahrady láká k relaxaci v zeleni i k využití wellness zóny. Bonusem pro obyvatele domu je možnost pronájmu komerčních prostor a variabilita možného využití hostinské garsoniéry.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of the construction of a family house for a family of four and the processing of certain drawings at the level of a building permit documentation. The assignment included the task of incorporating premises for possible lease into the design. The assigned plot is located in Prague 4 - Braník, near the Vltava river. The specificity of this plot is a significant altitudinal elevation and a northwest orientation of the slope, which may seem problematic in terms of sufficient sunlight. On the contrary, the advantage of this place is the relatively quiet location and beautiful views of the Prague panorama, the Vltava River, the Děvín fortified settlement and the Church of St. Filip and St. Jakub. The main idea was to create a maximum level of privacy and comfort for future residents of the house, both for the living itself and for quality rest. It was clear from the start that it would be a building tailored to the specific land and future residents of the house. The result is a house that does not disturb by its height and communicates with the surrounding development. This created an original project, where interesting views are preserved from the living rooms and which attracts you to relax in the greenery as well as to use the wellness area towards the garden. A bonus for the residents of the house is the possibility of renting commercial space and the variability of the possible use of the guest bedsit.
