Rodinný dům v Brdech

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu na exkluzivní parcele pod Brdskými lesy. Obsahem práce je vytvoření projektu v rozsahu architektonické studie a zpracování vybraných částí technické dokumentace na úrovni stavebního povolení. Zadaná parcela se nachází v rozvojovém území pod brdskými kopci na okraji obce Řevnice. Terén pozemku je svažitý směrem k severozápadu a převýšení nad okolní krajinou poskytuje severní výhledy na údolí řeky Berounky. Pozemek je z východní a jižní strany obklopen lesy, čímž je nabídnuta vysoká míra soukromí, klidu a spojení s přírodou. Návrh domu byl výrazně ovlivněn výhledy a trajektorií slunce nad jižními kopci. Tvar navrženého objektu reaguje na okolní podmínky návrhu a respektuje je. Navržený rodinný dům se snaží svým uživatelům nabídnout maximální míru splynutí s přírodou, zajímavé krajinné výhledy, vysokou míru soukromí a vytvořit kvalitní prostředí pro život.

The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a family house on an exclusive plot on the edge of the Brdy forests. The content of the thesis is to create an architectural study and elaboration of chosen parts of technical documentation. Technical documentation is supposed to be in the degree for the building permit. The assigned plot is located in an developement area below the Brdy hills on the outskirts of the village Řevnice. Terrain of the land is sloping towards the northwest and the elevation gain over the surrounding countryside provides northern views of the Berounka river valley. The land is surrounded by forests on the east and south which offers a high degree of privacy tranquility and connection with nature. The design of house was signicificantly influenced by views and the trajectory of the sun over the southern hills. The shape of the designed object responds to the surrounding design conditions and respects them. Designed family house strives to offer its users the maximum degree of fusion with nature, interesting landscape views a high degree of privacy and create a quality environment for life.
