Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu. Parcela, která se nachází na velmi atraktivním místě, nabízí skvělou příležitost pro bydlení ve městě a zároveň s pocitem žití na vesnici. Okolní zástavba lehce předurčila charakter, jakým by se měl návrh ubírat. Vznikl tak rodinný dům, který působí luxusním dojmem, ale zárověň neruší okolí. Dům bude domovem čtyřčlenné rodiny, pro kterou je pořízení domu velkým milníkem v životě. Navrhované řešení nabídne rodině prostor, kde budou moci společně trávit čas, ale také prostor, kde najdou chvíli pro sebe

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family home. Plot located on the very attractive location, offers a great opportunity for living in the city and at the same time with the feeling of living in the village. The surrounding buildings slightly determined the character, what the proposal should go about. This created a family house that gives a luxurious impression, but at the same time it does not disturb the surroundings. The house will be the home of a family of four, for which the acquisition of a house is a great milestone in life. The proposed solution will offer the family a space where they can spend time together, but also a space where they can find time for themselves.
