Litoměřice - Pod Radobýlem

Abstract

Diplomní projekt zabývající se vybranou lokalitou v severozápadní části Litoměřic vychází ze zásad stanovených v předdiplomní práci, která řeší areál bývalých kasáren pod Radobýlem na úrovni urbanistické studie. Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování komplexního urbanistického návrhu pro oblast vymezenou z předdiplomního projektu. Řešená lokalita diplomní práce se nachází na jihovýchodní straně areálu bývalých kasáren. Pro tuto oblast je v práci ověřena možnost umístění atletického stadionu se sportovní halu a doplňkovými hřišti. Dále je ověřen provoz a funkčnost veřejného prostranství při hlavním vstupu do sportovní haly a pro přilehlé budovy byla koncepčně navržena vstupní podlaží. Samotná sportovní hala je řešena podrobně na úrovni architektonické studie spolu s detailním návrhem navazujícího parteru. Pro řešenou oblast je koncepčně zpracován návrh dopravní a technické infrastruktury

The diploma thesis is situated in the northwest of Litoměřice. It is based on the previous urban study, which was focused on the area of old barracks nearby Radobýl. Thereby the thesis is carried out according to the previous study. The solved locality of the diploma thesis is located on the southeast side of the area of former barracks. For this area, the work verifies the possibility of locating an athletic stadium with a sports hall and additional playgrounds. Furthermore, the operation and functionality of the public space at the main entrance to the sports hall is verified, and the entrance floor was conceptually designed for the adjacent buildings. The sports hall itself is solved in detail at the level of an architectural study together with a detailed design of the adjoining ground floor. A design of transport and technical infrastructure is conceptually elaborated for the solved area.
