Vliv předsazených fasádních konstrukcí na kvalitu světelného prostředí v obytných budovách

Abstract

Předsazené konstrukce na fasádách bytových domů, jako jsou balkony nebo lodžie, jsou dnes nedílnou součástí každého bytu. Těžko si dnes lze představit větší luxusní byt, kde by tyto konstrukce nebyly součástí a byty, kde tato exteriérová část bytu chybí, mají významně nižší komerční hodnotu. Ať už se jedná pouze o malý prostor, kde lze postát a nadechnout se čerstvého vzduchu s ranní kávou, nebo velkou plochu, kde lze za teplých letních večerů uspořádat rodinnou večeři, jde bezpochyby o důležitou a velice žádanou součást kvalitního moderního bytu. Z pohledu zákazníka je pravidlo jednoduché, čím větší, tím lepší, ale jak je to s těmito konstrukcemi z pohledu přístupu denního světla do místností pod nimi? Problematikou dostupnosti denního světla v místnostech pod předsazenými konstrukcemi se zabývá tato práce. Jde o nalezení kompromisu mezi estetickými požadavky architekta, konstrukční proveditelností, technickými požadavky (zde je řešeno především z pohledu denního osvětlení) a přáním zákazníka. Úkolem práce je zmapovat různá řešení a rozložení předsazených konstrukcí na fasádách a porovnat jejich výhody a nevýhody jak z hledisek technických, tak estetických a uživatelských, a odhalit tak „ideální“ řešení nebo alespoň přiblížit výhodná řešení nejen z hlediska denního osvětlení.

Overhanging structures on the facades of apartment buildings, such as balconies or loggias, are nowadays an important part of every apartment. Nowadays, it is difficult to imagine a larger luxury apartment, where these structures would not be part of it, and apartments, where this exterior part of the apartment is missing, have a significantly lower commercial value. Whether it is just a small space where you can stand and breathe fresh air with morning coffee, or a large area where you can organize a family dinner on warm summer evenings, it is undoubtedly an important and highly desirable part of a quality modern apartment. From the customer's point of view, the rule is simple, the bigger the better, but what about these constructions from the point of view of daylight access to the rooms below them? This work deals with the issue of the availability of daylight in rooms under overhanging structures. It is a matter of finding a compromise between the aesthetic requirements of the architect, design feasibility, technical requirements (here it is solved mainly from the point of view of daylighting) and the wishes of the customer. The task of this work is to analyse different solutions and layouts of overhanging structures on facades and compare their advantages and disadvantages in terms of technical, aesthetic and user and reveal the "ideal" solution or at least bring advantageous solutions not only in terms of daylighting.
