Stavebně technický průzkum vily Fiala v Blatné a návrh sanačních opatření

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování stavebně technického průzkumu vily Fiala v Blatné a návrh sanačních opatření. První část je zaměřena na stavebně technický průzkum objektu a jeho zakreslení do digitální podoby. Součástí průzkumu je popis vad a poruch objektu a analýza jejich příčin. V druhé části jsou postupně zvoleny návrhy vhodných sanačních metod s ohledem na určené poruchy, historickou hodnotu objektu a jeho budoucího využití, které jsou doloženy i statickým posouzením dřevěných trámových stropů a krovů objektu. Dále jsou navržena opatření proti šíření vlhkosti v objektu. Navržené sanace jsou zakresleny ve schématické výkresové dokumentaci v textové části i v příloze bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with a structural-technical survey of Villa Fiala in Blatná and design of remediation methods. The first part of the thesis is focused on the structural-technical survey of the building and updating drawing documentation and its converting into a digital form. The survey contains is a description of defects and failures of the object and an analysis of their causes. In the second part, with regard to the identified defects, the historical value of the building and its future use, of the suitable remediation methods are designed. The design of remediaton methods is supported by a static assessment of wooden beam ceilings and roof trusses. Further, effects of groud moisture are described and the remediation methods are designed. The designed construction modifications are sketched in the drawing documentation.
